August Video Contest Results!
Hi all!
This weekend the team and I have spent our time going through all your wonderful entries for the August video contest. This month's video contest theme was citizenship - you had to create a video which promoted the advantages and benefits of being a citizen. There were some very talented video editors who took part in this contest, and it was a delight to see their creations. Good job to everyone who entered, you all get 1000 bugs for your hard work and efforts.
Grabbing the first place is Nightmare! He made a very creative and unique video advertisement for our citizenship packages. Our team liked his video so much, we decided to embed it on the official citizenship page at http://chobots.net/citizenship. Good job! Nightmare receives 7500 bugs, citizenship and a camera.
In second place, we have ComeBacKiid, congratulations! ComeBacKiid combined his creativity and GFX skills to produce a fantastic quality promo video for citizenship. He also added a very relevant and catchy tune in the background. Fantastic! ComeBacKiid receives 7500 bugs, 4 days of citizenship and a camera to show off!

Following up the top two we have Shadow03. He created a very informative and entertaining video featuring many Chobots users. Shadow03 receives 5000 bugs and 3 days of citizenship for his good work.
Everyone else who entered in this video contest receives 1000 bugs for their effort. The team and I were very happy seeing so many Chobots offering their help to each other and making their videos turn out great. Good teamwork, everyone!

Hangman!
Hey guys!
I think it's been a while since we had a game of hangman, don't you agree? Hangman is one of my favorite games to play with you guys. Plus, I always tend to give out a lot of prizes to the winners.
So, why don't you meet me this Sunday at 4 PM (16:00) Cho-Time by the Agents Underground? I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun.

I have a tip for you!
My tip for the day is not to waste your time on Chobots. Don't just sit at Cafe street and wait for things to happen. Take the initiative and make Chobots better for everyone. You could throw parties, fashion shows, go play games, help others, and make new friends. Honestly, Chobots isn't fun if you don't do anything so if you're going to be on why not use the whole interactive experience. Don't you think that playing with friends is better than sitting in the Cafe St? I have a challenge for you. Try and get 80-90% of the people out of the Cafe St. and into another room or house. I think that would be a nice accomplishment. Try and get everyone online involved! :)
If you can do it, post a picture of the house/room and the cafe because I'd like to see. It's not necessarily a contest... I might give away something to the person with the most barren Cafe St. and the most populous room.
PS. If you're going to try and win something... while you're taking the screenshot I suggest that you scroll over the map (the server name pops up) so I can really tell. :P

G'day Mate!
G'day Chobots,
The Australian research has come to a close and I was very impressed. You all do know a lot about Australian animals! We all had a very tough time picking the winners. I wish I could choose all of you. Without any further ado, here are the Koala Research Winners!
The Australian research has come to a close and I was very impressed. You all do know a lot about Australian animals! We all had a very tough time picking the winners. I wish I could choose all of you. Without any further ado, here are the Koala Research Winners!
I loved how Cathan's entry was very eye catchy. The entry was very simple to understand and there were very interesting facts.
I loved the style of Yumi's entry! A very beautiful drawing and title definitely made me stop and look. I loved the blackboard you put in as well. A very great job.
Smartiera's entry just blew me away! Lots of color and pictures drew me to this report. The use of space was excellent and I loved your title.
I loved the colour/color of Mirajane's entry. Your use of words was different from a lot of the entries and that's what made it stand out. The picture of your chobot and a koala is superb. Great job!

Congratulations to our winners of the koala event. If you were not picked, don't feel down, as there will be plenty of more chances in the quite near future. Now let's see who won the kangaroo event!
The use of creativity of Artistkidz entry was amazing! The content was easy to read and the use of space was excellent. Artistkidz wins 5 days of citizenship, a scroll and 7500 bugs!
I loved the bouncing kangaroo animation for Blik3's entry. It made it stand out, because no body else did an animation. The text was simple to read and very eye catchy. Great job. Blik3 wins 7 days of citizenship, a scroll and 7000 bugs!
The first thing I looked at with Critic's was his fantastic drawing skills on our art walls! How great do they look? The facts were excellent and was spaced out very well. A fantastic job. Critic wins 5 days of citizenship, a scroll and 6500 bugs!
Dean showed that he knew a lot about kangaroos! The color scheme was fantastic and the facts were great. I also loved how he showed the kangaroo's footprints. Dean wins 4 days of citizenship, a scroll, and 6000 bugs!
Weren't they some amazing entries?! The team and I all had a very hard time. Like I said before, don't feel down if you did not win, as we'll have some more contests coming up soon.

August Video Contest
Attention directors and cameramen!
We've noticed that we haven't had a special contest for our very talented video makers for a while now, so we decided now would be the perfect time!
We've noticed that we haven't had a special contest for our very talented video makers for a while now, so we decided now would be the perfect time!
This month's video contest will have the theme of citizenship. Your task is to create a video which promotes citizenship and shows off all the different features and benefits of being a citizen. If you're a junior, just ask your citizen friends to help you out!
Here are the rules of the contest:
- The video must be at least 30 seconds long. Try to keep it shorter than one minute.
- You must promote a minimum of 3 different advantages of being a citizen gives
- You should try to include the citizen items and pricing for the 3 citizen packages
If you need information about citizenship, you can always head over to http://chobots.net/citizenship.
To submit your video, simply leave a comment on this blog post with a link to your video. You should make clear what your Chobots username is, otherwise we won't know who to award! Everyone who enters will get 1000 bugs, while the top 2 with the best videos will receive a camera, 7500 bugs and 4 days citizenship. Third place will get some bugs and citizenship, too!

Hey Chobots! It's been a while since I've had a blog post, and I have some cool things to show you today.
You know the premium shop was recently restocked with some rockin' items, right? If not, why don't you check it out today here! We have some really fascinating items at a very low cost price so everybody can enjoy! Take a look at some of the staff with their cool items.

Hello Chos,
The checkers contest has finally come to an end! All of you on the leader board did a wonderful job and I wish I could reward you all. I'm afraid though, that only our top three will be receiving prizes today. So without further ado, lets take a look at our results:
